How to Register
1. Fill Out the Enrollment & Medical Forms
Complete the forms with your child’s general information and medical details. Some medical forms may not apply to every child and will depend on your child’s individual needs, such as allergies, asthma, or other health considerations.

2. Pay the Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee is required to complete registration.
$200 per child
$300 per family
Registration fees can be paid through the Church Giving Portal, Venmo, or by check.
